FXE/FLH -
Owner asking $14,000.00 with less than 100 miles - 1980
FXE converted to FLH. Original 80-inch motor has been
professionally rebuilt from top to bottom. Cylinders bored out for
the first time. Lot’s of life left in those jugs. In addition to
new internal parts, engine has new oil pump, Andrews’s cam,
inner primary, carburetor, battery, rear chain, rear sprocket, and
rear tire. New clutch installed just prior to engine rebuild.
Engine has kick and electric start. Transmission was rebuilt at
same time as engine. Frame was stripped and repainted. All FLH
sheetmetal was repainted. Saddlebags and Tourpak painted to match.
Early FLH wideglide front-end w/ mechanical drum brake put on.
Included with the bike are boxes of parts, including a Jammer
rigid frame (for shovel w/fatbobs & juice rear brake),
handlebars, seats, pipes, crashbars, rims, tires, fatbobs,
carburetors, too much to list all. Also included are boxes of
cycle mags dating back to 70’s (Choppers, Easyriders, In the
Wind, etc.), shop manuals for flatheads, pans & shovels, A
heavy duty cycle cover and The bike is set up now as a dresser but
you can remove the bags and windshield and ride it like that or
strip it all off the swingarm and put it on the rigid. This
bike is strong and loud, ride it and you’ll see.
